Recognizing the need for buyers and sellers to connect and communicate in real-time, Englander equips its clients with a suite of software tools, including the Structured Navigator, a secure and anonymous platform that allows customers to be "inside the industry." Structured options market data is available through web-based access and updated in 15-second intervals.

| NAVIGATOR IM-LINK/JFT DATA SERVICE |
IAE strongly supports initiatives to distribute wholesale markets electronically. The JFT Data Service, built and managed by JF Technology, offers a standardized method for any inter-dealer broker to publish derivatives markets to their clients. Clients can filter market data based on, for example, underlying securities, sectors, markets, currencies, or exchanges. Furthermore, market data can be imported into the client's proprietary analytic pricing environment, thereby eliminating the time-consuming and error prone manual process of screening all incoming market information. IEA believes that this offers enormous benefits to clients in an increasingly competitive marketplace and is strongly committed to distributing prices via the JFT Data Service.
As well as providing a basic data feed JF Technology also offers a choice of desktop tools that can be used to access the JFT Data Service. Of particular note is the JFT-IM Link which enables users to receive, display and manage derivatives data, instant messages and email.

ADR NAVIGATOR® |
Englander has developed ADR Navigator™, a proprietary, internet-based electronic platform designed specifically to create liquidity, anonymity and fluidity in the ADR arbitrage market in response to demand expressed by our clients. ADR Navigator makes it easier, faster and less expensive versus bank depositary conversion to unwind ADR/ordinary conversions, allowing our clients to reallocate capital for new positions more rapidly.
- ADR Navigator is a user-friendly platform easily installed with a JAVA application (available via an internet download). This immediately differentiates the system from existing models that discourage participation by a wider group of market participants due to a complicated and expensive framework.
- Most distinctively, ADR Navigator includes a profit incentive not seen in existing price-neutral ADR conversion models. ADR Navigator has a built-in premium functionality that entices otherwise staid holders of various ADR positions and professional liquidity providers to participate more actively in the market.
- Another highlight of the program provides the user with a "level 2" view; that is, one can see the bids and offers just outside the range where transactions are currently occurring. This allows the ADR Navigator user to extrapolate a broader sense of the market. In addition, the screen is customizable based on, for example, the specific equity, the industry sector or the country of origin.
